Roofing items of barge : Providing TATA/DYNAROOOF make C.G.I. sheet / Roofing of size 3050mm(L) x 910mm (B) x 0.50mm (T). The job includes supply of C.G.I. sheet, G.I. Ridging & fitting, fixing of entire roof with necessary J-Hooks, Nuts & Bolts with washer, complete as directed.

Rain protection shed & railing of the Barge : Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P. Sheet along with post of M.S. Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, completed as directed. The job also includes painting of pipes, etc, by two coats of metalic primer to be followed by two coats paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.

Floating of the Barge at the intake point from the place of fabrication and supply, fitting fixing of Anchoring Device as directed.

Repairing and installation of pumps and Motors with starter (40HP) Dismantling the old winding and then complete rewinding of squirrel cage induction motor of 40 H.P. with new super enamelled copper wire of original gauge and type, including tapping, varnishing with best quality insulating varnish, heating with reinstallation, testing and commissioning of the same at different load conditions. The job includes supply & fitting of all materials as necessary for field windings, motor bearings as per original type & size, cooling fan, terminal plate etc. complete including handling, carriage

Complete overhauling of 40 HP 415 V 50 Hz, 3 ph induction motor, opening and refitting including changing of bearings, fitting of motor terminal plate, greasing, heat & varnishing of the motor stator windings with good quality insulating varnish etc. as directed.

Supply and installation of Starter for squirrel cage induction motor 3 ph, 415 V 50 Hz FASD starter in sheet enclosure type having protection for under voltage and overload, suitable for operating squirrel cage induction motor of 40 HP conforming to IS : 1822 – 1967 make : BCH/L&T/MEI/Siemens/Havells & Equivalent

Complete overhauling of 40 HP horizontal spilt casing 415 V old centrifugal pump, opening and refitting including supply, assembling of all allied mechanical pump component like changing of bearings, gasket, gland pressure plate and all other items as per requirement and properly install on the steel floating barge with proper alignment with motor to the best satisfaction as directed

Repairing of pipes and accessories. Supply, Fitting, Fixing of pipe and accessories. Supply, laying and connection of Suction & Delivery pipe line for two pumpsets with 250mm dia M.S, pipe & flexible rubber hose pipe, complete with necessary bends short pieces where necessary as per direction. All joints should be through pipe jointing sets comprises of 6mm thick moulded rubber gasket & necessary nuts and bolts & washers. The job includes supply and fitting fixing 250mm dia C.I.D.F. foot valve, 250mm dia C.I.D.F. sluice valve, 250mm dia C.I.D.F. Reflex valve. All joints should be leak proof and the job the job should be completed in all respect as directed by the department.

Priming System. Supply, fitting/installation & energization of priming system with 5 HP electric driven vaccumpumpset of reputed brand with all accessories and GI pipes and fittings in complete upto successful trial and testing at sight as directed.

LT electrical works . Repairing of Main LT control panel board for 40 HP pumpset including replacement and supply, fitting, fixing of different electrical component as directed. The connection of different electrical component should be made with good quality insulated copper wire of required size, suitable cable lug and other required accessories as directed.

Sub LT Panel with MPCB for 40 HP pmpset- Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor mounted, cubical type compartmental, dust and vermin proof (as per IP-54) LT Motor Control Sub Panel Board of 40 HP capacity and given size, made out of 16 SWG CR Sheet and 40mmх40mmх6mm angle having four nos. of legs of 400 mm length at the bottom, with folded and welded construction having dismantling doors at the back, surface chemically treated and Siemen's grey powder coated, containing Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) and Ammeters and Voltmeters as specified, neatly installed all electrical components and internally wired with best quality multi-strand, PVC insulated Single core unsheathed, HRFR copper wire having cable incoming & outgoing provision at the bottom through gland plates complete including fixing on the barge with nuts and bolts as directed. Supply of miscellaneous items for smooth operation of the scheme as directed.

Testing and Commissioning Testing and Trial operation of pumpset, suction, delivery& priming pipe lines including starter and allied components for smooth functioning of the pumpsetsaswell as total integrity of the whole scheme.( Rs.1500.00 per pumpset, lumpsum)

Labour charge for dismantling of old cc works of Intake Reseviour structures and carriage the spoils and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed. Carriage up to lead of 30m and lift up to 1.5o m

Soiling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9cm brick on flat including sand packing.

C.C works in porportion 1:2:4 in foundation/ abutment/piers/wing walls etc with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing including dewatering with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately.

Neat cement finishing 3 mm thick with cement slurry prepared by mixing 27.50 Kg of fresh cement in appropriate quantity of clean water to cover 10 (ten) SqM of work area and to give a smooth and hard finishing including rounding corners, brooming, curing etc, complete as directed.

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed. (i) In proportion 1:3

Cutting jungles and trees upto 50 cm girth including uprooting roots and stumps and removing them from site of work etc, complete as directed.(ii) Medium jungles.

Labour charge for dismantling of old CC works of canal structures and carriage the spoils and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed. Carriage up to lead of 30m and lift up to 1.50 M

C.C works in porportion 1:2:4 in foundation/ abutment/piers/wing walls etc with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing including dewatering with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately.

1st class brick work in cement motar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc including racking out joints and curing etc completed as directed. (III) In proportion 1:4

Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming,watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified . (A) In ordinary soil

C.C work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone agg. of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc.where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).
