Item No. 3 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of Departmental Empanelled Brand & as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Item No. 4 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 10.00 mm to 11.2mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of Departmental Empannelied Brand and as directed.

Item No. 5 : Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed. (Additional pea gravel required if any during development may be extra subject to due approval from the ordering authority).

Item No. 6 : Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra ) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Drawdown at various discharge 3. Available average discharge

Item No. 7: Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wattp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS. (b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioning of Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 8000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized(minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp 587 V & System Voc 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed (Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make like TATA/Bikram/ Waaree etc. and carry at least 20 years warrenty&comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL) (c) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (d) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts. height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia. 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia. 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the/Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart.

Item No. 8 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. (i) 100mm dia

Item No. 9 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. (i) 100mm dia

Item No. 10 : Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 80/100 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Item No. 11 : Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Item No.12:-Supply of GI Equal Tee of 80/100 mm dia complete as directed.

Item No.13:-Fitting, Fixing of G.I. equal Tee of 80/100mm dia complete as directed.

Item No. 14 : Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Construction of Rest Room (Qnty. For 4 pts)

Item No. 1 : Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Item No. 2 : CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Item No. 3 : Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick as directde in foundation, retaining walls, plinth & steps including recking out joints & curing. (a) In proportion 1:4

Providing 2 cm thick damp proof Course (D.P.C.) with cement motor in prop 1:2 with approved damp proofing compound.

Item No. 5 : Earthwork in filing in plinth layer not more than 15 cm thick including necessary carriage, watering and ramming etc complete as directed and specified .Head load. (Lead up to 90 M and lift 2 M).

Item No. 6 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 7 : Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Item No. 8 : RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:1½:3 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including curing etc, complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 9 : 125 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar in prop 1:4 including racking out joints curing etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 10 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar 1:4

Item No. 11 : Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Item No. 12 : Providing galvanized C.I. sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws / iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts and washers etc. complete as directed including cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24 B.W.G).

Item No. 13 : Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top/centre hung , with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted,including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 14 : Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

Item No. 15 : Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness . (i) 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 16 : Plain cement concrete floor base of thickness 63 mm thick in prop 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing etc. complete as specified.

Item No. 17 : 65 mm thick traced flooring with cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 with broken stone agg. of size 6 mm to 20 mm over one 1st class brick flat soling including sand packing of the voids in between the bricks, watering, ramming properly where necessary etc. complete and 12 mm thick cement plastering. Finishing on top trowelling altering curing complete as directed. (Brick soling to be paid seperately).

Item No. 18 : Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M, complete as directed.

Underground PVC Pipe Distribution System (Qnty. For 4 pts)

Item No. 6: CC work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 7 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 8 : R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 (M15) with hard river shingles of size 6mm to 20mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. Item No. 9 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. In proportion 1:4

Item No 10 : Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete. 40MM X 40MM x 6MM Iron Angle

Item No. 11 : Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Construction of Supporting pillars (For 4Pts)

Item No. 1 : Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.
