Item no 3: Shrouding of TW :- Shrouding of the Tube well assembly by packing of river Pea Gravel of size 4mm to 8 mm free from sand, dust and any other foreign materials after staking at site including screening, washing etc as per IS 4097/2008 along with transportation, labour etc. complete as directed and (Packing to done after lowering tube well assembly and also during development as reqd)

Item no 4: Developing of TW :- Developing the Tube well assembly by air compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/sqcm so as to get sand free discharge including trial pumping and providing following data as directed. 1. Static water level 2. available average discharge 3. Drawdown at different discharge (arrangement of Pump for trial pumping is in the scope of the work)

Item no 5: MS Clamp Pump Support :- Supplying, fitting, fixing of 150 mm dia MS clamp of size 15 mm thick and 150 mm width having projection of 300 mm and three holes of 20 mm dia for clamping the plates by 16 mm dia hexagonal bolts of length 75 mm and nuts on both sides encircling the column pipe including two coat of enamel paint over one primary coat of different dia all complete as directed and specified.

Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Pumpset includinng LT service connection

ISupplying and installation of submersible Electrical pump set of approved make conforming to IS-8034/2002 of following capacity suitable for 150 mm dia tube well including providing 100 mm dia column pipe up to 18 M length, flat PVC insulated copper cable 2 × 4 sqmm, upto 50 M, tube well assembly support MS clamp, cable clamp, suspension wire rope, 65 mm PVC delivery bend etc. complete as reqd and as directed Pump specification :- 3 HP submersible Electrical Pumpset working with(230V ± 10 % ), 50 hz single phase supply with minimum discharge of 400 LPM (0.0085 Cumec) dynamic head range 10M to 20 M, minimum efficiency 70 %

item no 2: LT Panel Housing :-Supply, fabrication and erection of Control Panel housing for 3 HP single Phase Submersible Pumpset , made of 2 mm thick CR iron sheet and angle iron 30mmx30mmx3 mm with folded and welded construction having 2 mm thick slanted double roof, a hinged front door with locking arrangement, knob, gasket etc, two side ventilators, fixed by Nuts and bolts or through welding on MS angle frame , whole box and frame painted in two coats of red oxide primer and 2 coats of syntheti enamel paint of approved colour , including excavation, form work , CC grouting etc complete as per drawing and as per following size and specification and as directed . (i) Box size : 600mm(B) x 400mm(D) x 500mm (H), , MS flat size for door boundary and mid vertical =30mmx30mmx3mm, There shall be one MS plate 600mmx300m fixed with 30mm×30mm×3mm angle inside and parallel to and at 100mm from back surface at mid height for fitting Pump Controller (HAVELLS or eqv ISI make), MCB 32A,SP 250 V (HAVELLS or eqv ISI make) and the Energy Meter ( Cost of controller, MCB and EM extra) (ii) Box Mounting Frame :- Size 600mm(L) x400mm(B) x 1600mm (H) MS angle size :- 50mm×50mm×5mm for post and 35mmx35mmx3mm for horizontal top boundary and intermediate boundary. Each angle post to have bottom plate 100mm×100mm×3mm. Erection depth 400mm. (iii) CC grouting of Post:- CC grouting consists of one PCC base 300mmx300mmx100mm in proportion 1:3:6 below each post , and CC muffing of size 300mm×300mm×700mm above the base in proportion 1:2:4 extending upto 300M above GL

Item No 3: Erection of Static Electronic Energy Meter including payment of Meter Cost to APDCL, testing of the installation and power connection to the installation complete as directed

Item No 4:Supply and erection of Pipe earthing with 40 mm dia × 2.5 mtr long perforated GI pipe with nuts and bolts at top having PVC enclosure at the top with hinged cover, to be erected along with reqd salt and charcoal around the pipe, making earth connection with 8 SWG GI Earth wire to be laid through 13 mm dia GI pipe as directed.

Cost of Power connection upto Tube well Point

Erection of 230 V, 2 wire single phase over head line with AAA WEASEL conductor to be erected on 7.5 metre long PSC pole with maximum span of 40 metre including suply of pole, conductor, GI support, insulators and all othe materials as reqd under supervision of APDCL complete as directed

Supply laying and connection of XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable,10 sq mm× 2 core (For Service Connection from Pole to Panel board)

( Erection of 11 kV line, Transformer, Aero Bunch Cable Line Etc)

Erection of 2 wire over head 11 kV line with 8.5 mtr PSC pole, ACSR RABBIT conductor and GI supports, Stay set, polymeric insulators with average span of 55M-60M complete under supervision of APDCL including all formalities and payments to APDCL as reqd and as directed. (For every 6 nos of TW points there will be about 300 M length of line with an average 50 metre for each TW point for estimating purpose)

Supply, erection and commissioning of one no 11kV/ 0.433kV 1- ph, 16 kVA transformer in cluster of 5 nos TW points including supply, erection of 2 nos 8.50 M long PSC pole, GI Cross arms, 1 no DO fuse unit, 1 no GO AB switch, 2 nos 5 kA lightning arrestor, 6 nos CI Earthing pipes 100mm × 2.50 M, 6 SWG GI wire, 1 no distribution box,, 16 sq mm × 1 core armoured cable 30 mtr, all complete including all formalities and payment to be made to APDCL for the purpose as reqd and as directed ( 1 no of Transformer to be erected against every 6 nos of TW points and average quantity per TW point is 1/6 for estimating purpose)

Item No 3: AB Cable LT Line :- Supply and erection of 1-Ph - 230 V LT line with Aero Bunch Cable, with Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated,1100 V Grade on 7.5 Mtr long PSC pole including supply and erection of poles, supply, fitting fixing of all accessories like Anchor Clamp, Eye Hook etc complete under supervision of APDCL as reqd and as directed. Size of cable 2 ×35sqmm + 1×25sqmm (Messenger) ( Average span 25-30 M)

Supply and fitting of 11 KV Danger Plate as per IE rule
