Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff including cost of camp materials viz. cots, tables, chairs, utensils, dresses, safety helmets etc. and dismantling the accommodation after completion of the work all complete as directed.

Boring in hard soil / pebble / gravel by bit of size either 5 5/8"or 6 7/8" or 7 7/8" and collecting sample of soil at every 3.0 m depth or wherever there is a change of strata in sample boxes with the distinguishing marks including arranging and carriage of necessary boring materials / tools / bentonite etc. and withdrawing the drill pipe for lowering well assembly etc all complete as directed.

Reboring in hard soil / pebble / gravel by bit of size either 8 1/2" or 9 5/8" or 12" from either 5 5/8" or 6 7/8" or 7 7/8" all complete as directed.

(a) For 0 to 50 m depth

Labour charge for providing bentonite clay packing (including the cost of bentonite clay) arround 150/200 mm dia tube well upto a depth of 6 m from top with 250 mm dia boring including supplying the bentonite clay and carriage of materials all complete as directed and specified.

Labour charge for installation of Submersible pump set including supplying, carrying, fitting and fixing suction pipes of required length with G.I. Specials such as socket, bend, G.I. flange, M.S. Clamps and necessary jointing materials including commissioning and testing the pump but excluding only the cost of column pipe all complete as required as directed (upto 30.00m depth) (b) (i) 65 mm dia column pipe upto 30 m depth

Supplying, fitting, fixing MS clamp of size 15 mm thick and 150 mm width having projection of 300 mm and three holes of 20 mm dia for clamping the plates by 16 mm dia hexagonal bolts of length 75 mm and nuts on both sides encircling the column pipe including two coat of enamel paint over one priming coat of different dia all complete as directed and specified. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR POWER PLANT

Cost for Supply, Installation & commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 3HP submersible pump set with solar pump, panel mounting structures etc. SPV Module 3 KW, Solar Pump Controller Unit, cables, including LT panel, earthing and lighting arrestor etc. 3.0 HP SPV Module for 3 HP Pump As per MNRE benchmark cost ( MNRE Notification No. 30/11/2012-13/NSM )Work as per the MNRE norms and with following instructions as per direction of the department : (1) Supply, installation and commissioning of Solar PV for water pumping system consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame mounted on stable hot dipped galvanized ( min 80 micron thickness) mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr, having RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load). Modules supplied with the SPV system should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards and must be interconnected with cables of required specification routed in PVC conduits properly fitted along the G.I structure to provide a good aesthetic view. Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 part I and part II for safety qualification testing. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC, should be of minimum 250 Watts peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerances. Solar cells should be crystalline silicon cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, should be laminated between sheet of -Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity 3.2mm tempered glass including appropriate DC to AC inverter and power controlling unit with MPPT technology to run at low sunshine and minimum 6 hours a day run with all necessary accessories suitable for solar + grid operation and including all protections of AC induction motor pump. (SPV panel should be of reputed make of MNRE and carry at least 20 years warrenty & comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should preferably above HFL ) (2) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connectionto equipments incl.drilling holes, withbolts,nuts, washers etc. (3) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the /Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart. (4) Supply, installation and commissioning of BIS marked submersible pump set of 3 HP with 100mm outlet as per specification using necessary requisite, tools and plants by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe upto the following depth as per direction by fitting, fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washers and suspending the entire assembly of pump set vertically by fixing the same supported by M.S. clamps over the top of housing pipe, binding the motor cable with each column pipes and drawing cable upto pump controller/starter point including opening out of the top cap of housing pipe of the tubewell and testing of motor both in loading as well as in unloaded condition before and after installation of the same. (Solar Pumpset and cables should be of reputed make and carry 5 years warrenty). Solar submersible pumpset with 3 HP DC induction motor suitable for 150 mm borewell and minimum discharge capacity approximately 400 LPM at 10 m head working with 3000W of Solar Power array alongwith cables etc. in complete as per MNRE norms & as per IS.(5) Controller : Controller should be of the approved make; as per BIS/IS/MNRE specifications and it should be in accordance with the electrical parameters of the 3HP D.C. Motor/Pump. Controllers should be fixed in suitable IP 54 Box with the provision of SPD as per norms of SNA. Controller must have Remote Monitoring Arrangement as per MNRE guidelines. Some of the requirements of the Controller are : Controller capacity is minimum 3000W, operating freq. 50Hz± 10%, MMPT, IP65 enclosure, DC circuit breaker disconnect switch, GSM/GPRS, LCD display etc.

CONTROL PANEL SHED (DTH BORING BY ODEX DRILLING RIG)

Boring and repeated boring with required size of drill bits of DTW of bore hole up to 180 mm dia up to a depth of 45 M or upto required depth by ODEX Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required Tools & Plants, materials & Labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in bolder zone areas (means areas where the strata comprises of loose/unconsolidated & consolidated materials like large pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-I) of 1991. The job also include movement of Rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000 M

Supply,lowering and installation in tube-well MS Pipe/Tube/ERW/blind pipe of nominal dia 150 mm for casing assembly of wall thickness of 4.78 mm (minimum) conforming to IS:1239(PT-1) 2004 of repute brand like TATA/Jindal/NLT etc including supply of socket,reducer, Bail Plug, etc. as required and as directed.

Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3 /Min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litholog/drawdown data etc. as per IS:11185 of 1999. (For new DTW minimum 12 hours development is compulsory)

FABRICATION OF CONTROL PANEL UNIT

Earthwork in excavation in Irrigation canal to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment in 15 cm layers on both banks as necessary including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment and canal free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, dressing and roughening the seat of the embankment with a lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.50 M, complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping etc. where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C and R.C.C works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area of timber)

C.C work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately)

C.C work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately)

Structural steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint (upto 4.6 m height) from plinth level including drilling holes, supplying fitting and fixing with volts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed in MS angles,channels,tees etc.
