Item No. 3 :Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Supreme / Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Item No. 5 : Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 6 : Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra )

Item No.7: Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. (i) 100mm dia

Item No. 8 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. Rate as per Annexure-IV & DPC,Mech 2019-20. (i) 100mm dia

Item No. 9 : Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 80/100 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Item No. 10 : Fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 80/100 mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Item No. 11 : Supply of G.I Equal Tee of 80/ 100 mm Dia. Complete as directed.

Item No. 12 :Fitting, fixing of G.I Equal Tee of 80/ 100 mm Dia. Complete as directed.

Item No. 13: Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900mm dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 100mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer followed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed. Installation and commissioning of Solar PV Modules including Mounting Structure

Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible S tandalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx. 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of G.I. Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 1 (one) no. enlarger/ reducer as required, 20(twenty) mtr. Column pipe of uPVC/ HDPE of working pressure of minimum 8kgf, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS. (Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. NB :- 1. Solar Pump set should be of reputed make and carry 5 years warranty/ guarantee. 2. Flow Range : 90 L per Wp of PV array from TDH of 10 M, 3. Controller DC Input Voltage: (i) System Vmp 587 V & (ii) System Voc 800 V, 4. Controller Conforming to : IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2,IEC 60068–2-(2,14,30,78), 5. The system should carry anti-theft mechanism (Rate As per MNRE Circular No. 32/24/2020-SPV Division, dt-26/10/2021 including cost of remote monitoring & USPC) This benchmark cost are for the systems installed as per MNRE specifications inclusive of the total cost of system and its installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance, warranty/guarantee, monitoring & maintenance for five years. Cost of Solar Standalone Pumping System = Rs 4,08,631.00 Add GST @ 18 % = Rs73,553.58 Cost Solar Pumping System = Rs 4,82,184.58

Construction of Control Room

Item No. 1 : Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Item No. 2 : CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Item No. 3: 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed.(i) in proportion 1:4

Item No. 4 :Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Item No. 5 : River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc,complete as directed as specified.

Item No. 6 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Item No. 7:Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered). (C) Shuttering (Column)

Item No. 8: CC work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately) (a) M 15 grade

Item No. 9 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc.including racking out joints and curing etc. complete. (In proportion 1:4)

Item No. 11 : Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Item No. 12 : Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Item No. 13 : Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top/centre hung , with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted,including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 14: Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Item No. 15 : Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 16 : 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Installation of Sign Board

Item No. 1 : Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

Construction Approach Road

Item No. 1: Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. A) Ordinary soil

Item No. 2 : Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Item No. 3: Labour charge for spreading hard river shingles/sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead up to 30M and lift 1.5M complete as directed.
