The Alternator make Crompton Greaves of 50 KVA genset's servicing to be done by authorised dealer serv engg with checking /repairing of insulation, heat varnishing and megger testing, etc. with renewal of material as required as per direction of EIC/ surveyor.

3 nos engine(HRP) make - Daewoo D1146, 140 HP, major overhauling is to be done by authorized dealer serv. engg with all unit tappet clearance to check and adjust including serving.Checking / repairing of self starting system ,safety parameters , gauges,exhaust system ,lubrication system ,cooling system ,fuel system ,all foundation bolts and repair/renewal of spare to be done as required as per direction of EIC /surveyor with successful trial run shown . Front HRP engine kort nozzle signal indication is not coming in wheelhouse same to be repaired . Port HRP engine remote electrical control in wheelhouse is not coming same to be repaired . Stbd HRP engine stern tube lube oil leaking same to be repaired as required as per direction of EIC.

Hydraulic lines and pump to be checked and repaired alongwith leakage to be arrested with renewal of its gaskets, seals, o-rings, damaged high pressure hoses, etc as required and make leak proof and operational of hydraulic lines with required pressure and ensure air free operation as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

Electrical/electronics, AC/DC line/wiring, panel of engine room, wheel house, accomodation (lights, fans etc) ,engine room (including emergency lights), general alarm bell, D.C. horn, air horn, battery charger, switch boards ,MCBs, switch boardv ,sensors, lighting, navigational lights, search light, halogen light ( 5 nos ) to supply , fire alarm, siren, bed light, table light, light cover, exhaust fan, wipers & other fittings etc. are to be checked by certified electrician and rectified the defects as required, with renewal of required materials as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.Supply and fitting of 5nos flood light . Wheel house accomodation DC charger is not working same to be rectified /renew. Sewage pump and freshwater pump MCB is not working same to be repaired/renewed. No. 2 Genset voltmeter gauge not working properly same to repaired / renewed .Fire pump electrical signal not coming same to be repaired as per direction of EIC.

The entire ship side shell plate from LWL to deck plate, superstructure, bathroom, galley inside, anchor chain, anchors, engine room, store, roof, railing, railing chain, bollard, draft mark, plimsoll mark, stairs, stair railings, rooms, roof along with other fitment etc, are to be proper cleaned, scrapped, wire brushed, chipped and painted as following, (a.)1 coat zinc chromate primer, (b.) 1 coat epoxy paint (c) marine quality paint to be done in dust free environment with 100 micron each . All pipe lines should be colored as per marine color code. After it name of vessel, deptt. and logo to be made by fluorescent sticker as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

Dredge pump to be dismantled by authorized dealer serv. engg along with impeller , inspection cover , related pipeline , thrust bearing block inspection ,servicing and repair along with renewal of seal and bearing if required and also renewal of spares if required as per direction of EIC .

Supply and fitting of reputed 10nos (1m*1m) curtain, as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting of new Refrigerator of good brand of approx 190 litre with povision of jerk free arrangements to made to prevents vibration as per direction of EIC.

All rubber of weathertight hatches and door are hardened the same to be renewed alongwith missing hinges, with good quality of adhesive as required as per direction of Surveyor/EIC.

Galley's chimney reported out of order the same to be renewed as required ,kitchen shelf and drawer to be made with wooden fitments along with repair of kitchen tap ,pipelines and drain line pipe fittings as required per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting of reputed aquagaurd alongwith fitting at required place as per direction of EIC.

Repair of 2 nos bathroom tap,door & locks,tower bolt ,basin, shower, taps, commode cover, flushing tank pipe, pipeline fittings of about 5m to repair/renew and supply and fitting of 2 nos water tank sintex cover as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply of 8 nos of standard ISI marked life jacket as per new safety guidelines with certification and vessel name printed .

Supply of 4 nos of standard ISI marked life buoy as per new safety guidelines with certification and vessel name printed .

Fire pump checking/ repairing along with repair / renewal of gaskets ,valve seat, impeller ,involutes ,shafts with connecting valves if required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

Cropping and renewal of damaged plate of guard railing ,deck side shell angles ,frames railing ,bracket ,Engine room , wheelhouse etc MS plate /Iron plate,pipe of existing thickness followed by paint with red oxide primer as required to be done as per direction of EIC.

Fire hose box (3 nos ) is damaged same to be repaired with plating of same thickness and painted with same color as per direction of EIC.

Wheel house air conditioner is out of order the same to be renewed/fitting done as per direction of EIC/ surveyor.

Sea chest valves ,overboard valves ,Fire ,General service ,seawater and freshwater valves to be overhauled and pipeline to be operationally pressure tested as required with renewal of required materials - gasket ,valve seat etc.. Servicing and cleaning of sewage pump along with attached valves and pipelines as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

Fire extinguisher to be hydraulic tested, refilled with same refilling materials and made operational after renewal of accessories, certificate is to be produced as required as per direction of Surveyor/ EIC.
