NAMBOR-GOLAGHAT-NUMALIGARH PIPELINE SECTION

FIELD

F&G system for NAMBOR-GOLAGHAT-NUMALIGARH PIPELINE SECTION shall be supplied as per scope of work, specification, Control system schematic. F&G System supplied shall be complete in all respect for safe operational requirements and shall consists of the following • F&G System: - F&G system shall have provision for connecting Gas Detectors, MCP, Hooter, and beacon. F&G system shall have provision for programmable gas detector channel and relay card/ module to configure field devices. F&G system facilitate with serial communication port to interface with station/ terminal RTU located at station (Refer table A). (Each channel shall be universally configurable type for connecting all type Gas Detectors, Smoke detectors MCP, Hooter & Beacon field devices). F&G system shall be installed in Control Room/ Porta Cabin (For location please refer Table A). Existing SIL 3 F&G system (existing PLC make and model) shall be used for new proposed. Necessary Graphics and displays (Alarms, Diagnostic, and Trends etc.) shall be developed in the existing F&G system under the supervision of existing F&G contractor for this pipeline project. Also, necessary hardware and software required for integration & extension of the same shall be in vendor scope. Supply, laying of cable inside Control room/ Portacabin between Detectors, MCP, Beacon and Hooter including glanding, termination, ferruling, dressing etc. at both ends shall be in vender scope. Supply & installation of cable trays (if necessary), supply of erection materials, cable ferrules, cable lugs, and cable tie etc. for successful commissioning of F&G system. F&G system at each location shall interface with proposed new RTU at terminals through secure and redundant communication link; Testing – FAT / SAT, Installation, commissioning and training; Supply of erection & commissioning spares
