The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last seven years, with details of the work, cost, and completion dates. The bidder should have experience in the execution of civil work in the building involving expansion joint treatment and water proofing treatment completed satisfactorily during the last seven years. The required experience can be demonstrated by: - One work of value not less than ₹ 165 lakh against a single work order - Two works of each value not less than ₹ 123.5 lakh each against two separate work orders - Three works of each value not less than ₹ 82.5 lakh each against three separate work orders in Govt./ Semi Govt. department / Autonomous body during the last seven years. The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover from Construction works of not less than ₹ 103 lakh during the immediate last 3 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, in case of abnormally high quoted rates, the rates for quantities in excess beyond 15% of the quantities indicated in the BOQ shall be the average of rates quoted by other bidders for payment.
