(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. Step-1. Providing and Fixing of Hypalon based Sikadur Combiflex SG strip (200 mm width x 2mm thickness on the expansion joint as per the manufacturer specification including tools, labour, machines scaffoldings etc all complete Step-4. Finally Providing and Mixing of epoxy adhesive sikadur 31 C (2:1) by mechanical mixture and apply on the 50 mm surface of both sides as per the manufacturer specification including tools, labour, machines etc all complete as a protective coating

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with stainless steel screws as per design to match colour/shade of wall treatment -Aluminium fluted strips 200mm wide 2.00 mm thick.

Damp proofing in walls

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
