The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 70% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Experience Criteria: The bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service, and relevant documentary evidence shall be uploaded along with the bid. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 70% of bid quantity for past performance - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award - 3 years for experience criteria Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Copies of relevant contracts should be submitted along with the bid - Valid GeM profile and should be validated and approved by the Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted - Minimum of 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively
