The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of financial years. Additionally, 3 Years of past experience is required for same/similar service.
2. Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 50%. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- 50% of bid quantity
- 3 Financial years
- 50% weightage for Past Performance Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
1. OEM Authorization Certificate
