The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: 80% 3. Net Worth: The Net Worth of the OEM should be positive as per the last audited financial statement. 4. ISO 9001 certification: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification. 5. BIS licence: The bidder is required to upload BIS licence along with the bid. 6. Type test certificate: The bidder is required to upload type test certificate along with the bid. 7. Approval certificates: The bidder is required to upload approval certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document. 8. Material Test Certificate: The bidder is required to send Material Test Certificate along with the supply. 9. Warranty: The bidder should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. 10. Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. 11. Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support: BIDDER/OEM must have Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support. 12. Escalation Matrix For Service Support: Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support. The values mentioned for any of the Eligibility requirements are: - Past Performance: 80% - Warranty period: 5 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods.
