On behalf of the President of India, online bids are invited from bidders (registered ASC CHT Vendors/ firms in Eastern Command) for provision of Transport services from COB Stations of 107 Mtn Bde to local station (as per Annexure-III of RFP) for the period from any date between 01 APR 2019 TO 31 MAR 2020 as per schedule of requirements listed in Annexure III of Appendix A of the RFP. The date of commencement is provisional and subject to change to be notified in the Acceptance of Tender Note (IAFZ-2124). The Bids should be uploaded/submitted upto 1050 hours on 23 Mar 2019. The bids will be opened at 521 ASC Bn at 1100 hours on 23 Mar 2019 as per schedule of e- procurement activities. 2. Online bids are invited on single stage two cover system for “Supply of LCV (Load Carrying Vehicles) (TATA - 407 or any other vehicle in the same segment) COB Stations of 107 Mtn Bde to local station (as per Annexure-III of RFP)”. First cover will contain the details of Tender Fee, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Acceptance letter as per Annexure I and Balance Contract Carrying Capacity Certificate as per Annexure-II of Instructions for bidders, PAN Card, GSTIN certificate & latest IT returns. The Second cover will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/financial bid. The Bill of Quantities (BOQ) will be submitted only online on CPP Portal. No physical submission of the same will be made. 3. In addition to online bidding, a physical copy of RFP as downloaded from Central Procurement Portal duly signed on each pages super scribed Title, RFP number and date of opening of the tender bids alongwith instrument of EMD and tender fee in original in sealed cover will be submitted by courier or registered post before the time for opening of tenders to avoid the bids being declared invalid. 4. Registered CHT Vendor /Firms for supply of Civil Hired Transport (CHT) to Army are advised to follow the instructions provided in the “Instructions to the Vendors/Tenderer for the e-submission of the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for e-Procurement at” before proceeding ahead. 5.
