Consultancy experience of projects including CCTV surveillance camera in Government/Public Sector for consulting projects with value greater than Rupees 5 Cr, with evaluation criteria as follows: - 5 or more projects: 15 marks - 4 projects: 12 marks - 3 projects: 10 marks - 2 projects: 8 marks - 1 project: 6 marks 2. Presence in consultancy projects in the state of Assam, with evaluation criteria as follows: - More than 6 projects: 10 marks - 4 to 6 projects: 8 marks - 2 to 3 projects: 6 marks - 1 project: 4 marks 3. Consultancy experience of designing/monitoring and supervision of CCTV surveillance projects with cumulative 8000 or more numbers of CCTV cameras in State/Central Government in maximum 5 projects, with evaluation criteria as follows: - >11001 Cameras: 10 marks - >10001-11000 Cameras: 9 marks - 9001-10000 Cameras: 8 marks - 8001-9000 Cameras: 7 marks - =8000 Cameras: 6 marks 4. Consultancy experience of designing/monitoring and supervision of surveillance projects with Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) in India, with evaluation criteria as follows: - 5 or more projects: 15 marks - 4 projects: 12 marks - 3 projects: 10 marks - 2 projects: 8 marks - 1 project: 6 marks The value of similar works completed is mentioned as: - Projects with value greater than Rupees 5 Cr. - Cumulative 8000 or more numbers of CCTV cameras in State/Central Government in maximum 5 projects. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to have an average annual turnover of minimum Rs. 100 Crores during the last three financial years, and a Positive Net Worth for the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have Project Management Consulting experience of minimum 3 nos. of similar surveillance projects under Safe City/ Smart City, and experience in working Smart City projects as a consultant for not less than 5 cities. The financial bid amount is evaluated, with the lowest financial bid (LFB) being used as a reference to calculate the financial score, using the formula: (LFB/F)*100, where F is the quoted amount. For example, a quoted amount of 130000 with an LFB of 100000 results in a financial score of 76.92, and a quoted amount of 120000 results in a financial score of 83.33.
