Office/building/utility building of value not less than Rs. 3,80,00,000.00, which is 80% of the value of contract/contracts. Additionally, the bidder should have completed two similar works of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 2,35,00,000.00, which is 50% of the value of contract/contracts. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. Furthermore, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 4,00,00,000.00 in any single year over the last 5 financial years. The required prior work experience information includes details of satisfactory completion of building construction work contracts, with specifics such as name of employer, brief description of work, contract number, date of issue of work order/contract, value of contract, stipulated period of completion of work, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any.
