The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactory completion of building construction work contracts, electrical works, and anti-termite works. For building construction work contracts, the bidder needs to provide information on the name of the employer, brief description of work, contract number, date of issue of work order/contract, value of contract, stipulated period of completion of work, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 1,69,75,349.00, which is 80% of the value of contract/contracts, and two similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 1,06,09,600.00, which is 50% of the value of contract/contracts. The bidder should have experience in executing works similar to the contract, with a minimum value of Rs. 50,00,00.00 (which is 10% of the notified contract value) as liquid assets or credit facility. The bidder is required to provide information on their experience in building construction works for each of the last five years, including details of works underway or contractually committed. Specifically, they need to provide the total monetary value of building construction works performed for each of the last five years. They also need to provide an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work. A valid Labour license (not below 10 persons) is also required, and the bidder needs to provide reports on their financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and auditor's report for the past five years. For electrical works, the bidder needs to possess a valid electrical license or have a collaboration/tie-up arrangement with a license holder. For anti-termite works, the bidder needs to possess a valid license or have a planned collaboration/tie-up arrangement with a license holder.
