Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of the following Supply, febrication, laying, testing & commisssioning of heavy grade IS marked & as approved make list black mild steel piping confirming to as per IS 1239/3589 (part -1) complete (Fe 410- 'C' class MS ERW black pipe) for underground/ overground pipes with welded / flanged connection with saddles, support (all with screwd/ welded joints) as required including pipe of shorter lengths, tapering connecting pipe, short or long bends, specials like sockets, union nuts, elbows, reducers, plugs, teesetc. complete to make the system operative as required by LFA authorities the pipes will have to be laid and fixed in trences. The works includes excavation in all types of soils and backfilling, dewatering etc. making holes in brick or RCC walls, slabs/roofs and making good the damages by bringing to the original condition to the satisfaction of the Architect and proving and fixing pypkote (corrosion protection tape) including supply and application of pipe coating and spiral wrapping 4 mm thick for undergound piping (wrapping should have overlap of 15 to 20 mm ) etc. MAKE complete as per ASTM standards/IS:10221 for corrission protection of pipes for the underground installation Note; The pipe installation has to be put to hydraulic test to 1.5 times the working pressure and as per latest applicable codes and standard before applying paint or pipe coating or wrapping etc. Complete: Make:TATA/ APOLLO.PIPE FITTINGS: sant-h/unik/sk 600 NB 5.4 MM THICK AND 49.72 KG.WT/ M Approx(underground)
