The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder should have completed similar services with a value of at least 40% or 50% or 80% of the estimated cost. Specifically, the requirements are: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid values mentioned are 40000000 and 200 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of executing similar service, in one single work order value of amount Rs. 30 Lac or above or two work order value of Rs.80 Lac or above in last two financial year. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years is 200 Lakh.
