Enabling each of the installed 70W LED Smart light fittings with cloud-based group lighting management cabinet having the following specifications: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cloud-based Smart Cabinet for Group lighting management solution for monitoring and control of streetlights. The Smart cabinet controller connects to a group of LED Smart streetlights. The light management software shall be hosted on the cloud. The system shall include one time cost of a GSM SIM (as per approval from the GUCL). The system shall be cabinet-based with the capability for Remote Management, Switching, Monitoring and Group Dimming of Street lights from one central place. The system shall control and monitor streetlight electrical cabinets remotely via wireless communications such as 2G/3G/4G/5G/LTE as one of the primary communications networks to the server/cloud. The cabinet shall be designed so that it is easily scalable to become a part of a small-area group control system or a city-wide group control system, as per the specifications mentioned in the RFP. Design, software as a service with a licence fee for a period of five (05) years (with free upgradation from time to time) for Group Control Cabinets, including the API documentation to enable integration with a common dashboard or smart city dashboard computer.

Supplying and Laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 m below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. Nut, Bolt, spring washer, etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Load security and supervision charge to be paid to APDCL

Carrying out detailed surveys for the identified roads by the GUCL and listing out the requirements as per scope of works and prospective location for mounting the Smart Feeder pillar of offered technology, keeping in view of the availability of nearest tapping point, access and ease of maintenance and measuring road lengths, identifying any bottlenecks/obstacle along the entire length of the roads and preparation of detail survey report incorporating all the above and submission to GUCL for review and approval.
