BOULDER WORKS

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crated with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:260 and IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technically specification clause 1301

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technically specification clause 1302

RAILING AND PLANTATION

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,(for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) of height 120-135 cm in big poly bags of size 25cm as per direction of the officer in charge.

Providing and stacking of Delonix regia of height 150-165 cm in big poly bags of size 25cm as per direction of the officer in charge.

Providing and displaying of Dracaena roses having height 30cm and above with 8 to 10 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 20cm size of Earthen pol/plastic pot and as per direction of the officer in charge

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royality and carriage upto 5km lead complete (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 5.33.1 All works upto plinth level 5.33.1.1 Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum
