The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in one of the following forms:
- At least 1 single similar nature work order as a prime contractor of value not less than 80% of the package value.
- At least 2 similar nature of single work orders as a prime contractor of value not less than 50% of the package value.
- At least 3 similar nature of single work orders as a prime contractor of value not less than 40% of the package value.
The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the contract value's worth of work for a substantially completed project. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed in the past five years. The bidder needs to submit Completion certificate/ up to date progress for all the works allotted to him during last 7 years.
The bidder should have an average annual turnover of not less than 30% of the package value, calculated based on the average of 3 previous years.
The bidder is required to submit a statement showing similar works on hand/in progress, which includes details such as the name of the work, tendered amount, date of award of contract, target date of completion, actual amount of work done, and time limit in years and months.
