Mounded Vessel of 6 Nos. X 2500 MT - Supply, fabrication, erection, welding, testing mechancial completion and commissioning etc Design, Detailed engineering, Supply, Transportation, Insurance, Handling & Storage of all Equipment, Materials, items and other Construction Materials at yard/site, fabrication, assembly, welding, erection, PWHT, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning / commissioning of Mounded Storage Vessels.The job includes but not limited to site enabling jobs, Soil Investigation, Soil Grading and co-ordination for the same with B&R / MPMC / Owner, preparation of mounded drawing, Complete procurement (including Pre-Commissioning Spares, Commissioning Spares, Start-up spares & Mandatory spares for mounds, if any), Detailed fabrication drawing including man holes with Davit arrangement, nozzles dome & appurtenances including Ground improvement / Piling and other complete civil and structural work related to 6 nos. mounds and their approval from PMC/NRL/TPIA & CCOE. The job includes supply of plates, transportation of plates within / outside plant area, edge preparation, rolling, forming of shell courses, dish ends, transportation of all materials to site, welding, erection, aligning, radiography, fixing of all cleats/ brackets / supports, ladders/platforms, nozzle domes etc, all ND test as specified, stress relieving, Quality Assurance, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, hydrotesting, calibration for the complete mounded bullet. Job also includes the supply, fabrication, erection and testing and all other related works including approval of " As built" drawings, certificates of control, mechanical completion, commissioning and submission of final documents as per scope of work and handing over the bullet to NRLafter successful PGTR of the facilities
