Carpenter Long Text: Services of the following items at BCPL Plant by deploying sufficient manpower as and when required and as directed by EIC with necessary tools and tackles with small consumable material.(This item to be quoted by the bidders, the rate includes minimum wage and PF,refer clause no2.17of SCC part-B ) Carpenter Scope of work: Refixing of the Key board, wall hangings etc. on the existing wall with screws, plug of soft wood and using other minor items if requried or any other device as required and approved by EIC. Only taking out and refixing MS/Aluminium/Brass hardware fitting such that aldrop , tower bolt, hinges, door stopper , handles, hasps and staples , towel rail , soap dish, hooks and eye, name plates, small wooden board, glass shelves , cub board nob ,door clouser,repairing of cabinets etc Only taking out and refixing of M.S grills /wiremesh /glasses in window etc. of any size with new screws /putties etc. as directed by EIC. Adjusting door windows and ventilators , cub board and racks shutters & frames etc. as required including pitty repair and replacing the old and missing screws if necessary complete in all respect. Any other miscellaneous carpenter /wood work jobs required for day to day maintenance of utilities excluding material cost.

Plumber Long Text: Services of the following items at BCPL Plantby deploying sufficient manpower as per the requirement and as directed by EIC with necessary tools and tackles with small consumable material on daily basis. ( This item to be quoted by the bidders.The rate includes minimum wages ,pf ,bonus,leave with wages,non-statutory allowance,PPEs and uniforms ,revision of minimum wages,paid national holidays,paid festival holidays ,contractors profit and any other statutory payments).Refer SCC Part-B ,Clause no:2.1 Plumber Scope of work: Rewashering/gland packing to the bib cock/stop cock/pillar cock/ball valves (for all type of GI fittings), refixing of PVC waste pipe, leakage in wash basin, sink , cistern etc and removing of air from tank including making the same satisfactory for operation Laying and fixing GI,PVC,PPR pipes and fitting CP/PTMT fittings and all sanitary fixtures excluding the cost of material Taking out and refixing with required repairing and adjustment of sink, wash basin, urinal, European seat , WC cistern (low level /high level) with grouting of nut bolt as required, complete to ensure smooth functioning of the above. Repairing leakage in water tank/sintex water tank by applying M seal, sufaden and sootetc. as required.
