The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works in the last seven years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. Substantially completed work means those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission and continuing satisfactorily. Similar work is defined as Surfacing/Resurfacing works with DBM/BM/BC/AC. The bidder should provide a list of completed or substantially completed works in the last 7 years and the current financial year, along with performance certificates and/or completion certificates from clients for the works that prove eligibility criteria.
