The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works as a prime contractor during the last 7 years. The similar works can be any of the following combinations: - Three similar works, each costing not less than Rs. 6,28,04,773.00, which is 40% of the estimated cost of the project. - Two similar works, each costing not less than Rs. 7,85,05,966.00, which is 50% of the estimated cost of the project. - One similar work, costing not less than Rs. 12,56,09,546.00, which is 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 6,09,75,507.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum Rs. 6,09,75,507.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender). The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. Similar work is defined as a project comprising civil construction works of any multistoried RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting work, all executed under one agreement. The details of these works should be provided in Form C, including the name of the work, owner, cost, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation.
