The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 5 years. The required prior work experience includes executing similar works such as Cement Concrete, Brick work, Steel work, and Water Supply & Sanitary works, with minimum quantities as indicated in Appendix-1. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work (Building Work) under any Department of value not less than the amount indicated in the appendix, which is at least 90% of the estimated value of the contract, in any one year of the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in executing Electrical works and should possess a valid license for the same. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have achieved an average financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract over the last 5 years. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value during implementation of the work. The bidder should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum amount as indicated in Appendix-I in any one year.
