The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: 7 years of experience as a manager with a B.E Civil degree. 2. Site Engineer (civil): 5 years of experience with a B.E Civil degree or 7 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. 3. Site Engineer (elect.): 5 years of experience with a B.E Elect. degree or 7 years of experience with a Diploma in Elect. 4. Quality Control Engineer: 5 years of experience with a B.E Civil degree or 7 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil. The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. However, the exact value and percentage of similar works completed are not specified. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor construction work within the last 3 years within the country under Central Govt./State Govt./Central PSU for a minimum value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have achieved a minimum average financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works of 67% of the estimated value put to tender over the last 5 years. The bidder's liquid assets and credit facilities should be not less than 10% of the estimated value put to tender amount. The bidder should be a profit-making one for the last five years. The value of completed works will be updated to present levels. Works completed up to the previous day of the last date of submission will be considered. Similar Work means “Construction of civil works under one agreement.”
