The required prior work experience for key personnel is as follows: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 3 Years Exp. or Diploma in Civil Engg + 5 years Exp. - Electrical Engineer: B.E Elect. + 3 Yrs Exp. or Dip. Elect. + 5 years Exp. The bidder must have completed at least one work of a similar nature with a value not less than 40% of the tender amount. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract over the last 5 years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract in any one year of the last 3 years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value during implementation of the work and a minimum of 25% of the bid value for the work invested.
