The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work. Specifically, the bidder must have completed a certain volume of civil engineering construction work in the last five years. The exact volume is not specified, but the bidder is required to provide information on the total volume of work performed in each of the last five years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract, only in any 1 (one) year of the last 5 (five) years. The bidder should have achieved a maximum financial turnover (defined as a billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) over the last 5 years of 67% of the value of contract/ contracts applied for. Additionally, the bidder is required to have completed similar works with a value of at least 67% of the maximum annual financial turnover.
