Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10mm wide x 50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). 16.43.1 Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth leadupto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2.6.1 All kinds of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): 6.3.2 With Modular bricks

62mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.5.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Drain Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a flaoting coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.
