The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 5 Years Exp. 2. Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp. 3. Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 3 years Exp. 4. Electrical Engineer: B.E Elect. + 2 Years Exp. Or Dip. Elect. + 5 years Exp. 5. Electrical Technician: ITI in Electrician + 2 Years Exp. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 80% of the tender amount for similar nature construction works. - 67% of the tender amount for annual financial turnover in a single year in the last three financial years. - The bidder should have completed: * Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost put to tender. * Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the Estimated cost put to tender. * Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost put to tender. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the bid value for the work.
