The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering works, with specific requirements such as: - Completion of civil engineering construction work in the last five years. - Experience in executing all main items of work described in the bid document. - Completion of works during the last 5 years ending on the last day of submission of tender. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder must also have executed, in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: Cement Concrete, Brick work, Steel work, and Electrification. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works. - 60% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works. - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an average financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for over the last 5 years. The bidder should also have specific personnel with certain qualifications and experience, including a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineer, and Electrical Technician, with specified years of experience and qualifications.
