The bidder must have completed at least one work of a similar nature with a value not less than 40% of the tender amount within the last three years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. For subcontracting components of the Works, the amount should be more than 10 percent of the Bid price. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of 67% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for during the last 5 years.
