The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of Estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 60% of Estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of Estimated cost put to tender. The value of completed Civil works of similar nature construction works is of (80%) of tender amount. Additionally, the bidder must have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the following items of works, such as Cement Concrete, Brick work, Steel work, and Electrification, as indicated in Appendix-1. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 years. The annual financial turnover in a single year in the last three financial years is a minimum of 67% of the tender amount. The bidder should also have achieved an average financial turnover of 67% of the value of contract/ contracts applied for over the last 5 years. Key personnel proposed for the contract should have the following minimum qualifications and experience: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 3 years Exp. - Electrical Engineer: B.E Elect. + 2 Years Exp. Or Dip. Elect. + 5 years Exp. - Electrical Technician: ITI in Electrician + 2 Years Exp.
