The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 4,36,60,322.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5,45,75,403.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than Rs. 8,73,20,645.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of: - Rs. 5,45,75,403.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5,45,75,403.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - OR one similar work costing not less than Rs. 8,73,20,645.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) These similar works should be civil construction works, including multistoried RCC framed structures, finishing works, water supply, drainage, sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts, etc., executed under one agreement with the Central Government, State Government, or Central Public Sector Undertaking. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
