The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific roles such as Site Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Plumber, with corresponding educational qualifications and years of experience. For a Site Engineer, the bidder should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience. For a Quality Control Engineer, the bidder should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7 years of experience. For an Electrical Engineer, the bidder should have a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 7 years of experience. For a Plumber, the bidder should have an ITI with 5 years of experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./State Govt. organization/Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 5 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract over the last 5 years and should be a profit-making entity for the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The minimum annual financial turnover of the contractor should not be less than 67% of the Package Value.
