The daily cleaning operation has to commence sufficiently ahead the routine office hours, so that, by the time the office opens, the inner building area should be ready. The contractor has to arrange all the man power & T&P etc required to carry out the operation professionally and in an organised and systematic manner. The rate is for all the labour and T&P etc. involved with all the said operations and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. However, specific cleaning and sanitation materials shall be supplied by the department to the the agency or his representative from time to time for bonafide use in the job. One sweeper/beldar shall remain present in BSNL Bhawan beyond the cleaning hours but within office hours for the above activities as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
