Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

(a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

(b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

(a): Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

(a): 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

(a): New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

(a): In cement mortar

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

PART -B ::Erection, Painting etc. Laboure charges for orienting and fixing all anchor bolts in position by using templates in true plumb & allignmentolt during concrecting of foundation beam / column as per approved drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of tower materials for 15-21 Mtr (4 legged) high Roof Top Tower (appox weight 5000kgs) by mechanical transport from BSNL Store at Bongaigaon SSA to the work site located any where under Bongaigaon SSA , including sorting , numbering ,loading , unloading and stacking in countable manner at work site upto floor four level complete as per direction of the E - in-C.

Labour charge for errection of 15 Mtr to 21 Mtr. high roof top tower with existing anchor bolts including assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing in position the members with the help of bolts, nuts, washer or as directed including antenna fixtures (approximate weight of tower shall be 4523.00 KG) keeping the verticallity of the errected tower on all sides within + 25mm (i.e. the bottom of the line joining the centre of the top of the tower and the centre of the base of the tower is within + 25mm from the centre of the base of the tower) taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance coverage against all risk etc complete as per approved drawing and direction of the E-in-C.(The roof Top Tower height may be increased or decreased as per the site requirement of BSNL. Payment shall be made as per actual weight of erected tower and nothing extra shall be paid on account of increase or decerease in height of tower)

Painting 15 M high roof top tower from top to bottom including bracings, landings, platforms, guard rails, runways etc with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL High-gloss or equivalent synthetic enamel paint (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade of approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade over and including a coat of Zinc Chromate yellow primer and a base coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent)including scaffolding and taking all necessary safety precaution to protect human life. insuance coverage of labours etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for painting of tower higher than 15 mtr as per item No-4 of PART-B.

Supply hot dipped galvanised missing Tower material / members (if any) conforming to relevant IS codes as specified in BSNL Tower Manual, including welding, drilling holes, threading wherever necessary all complete as per drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(This item shall be paid only on production of necessary certificate from the competant store authority regarding the quantity of store materials issued short along with the list thereof)

Supplying and fixing GI nuts & bolts (missing nuts & bolts) conforming to relevant IS codes as specified in BSNL Tower Manual of different size with required washers for errection of 40M tower.(This item shall be paid only on production of necessary certificate from the competant store authority regarding the quantity of store materials issued short along with the list thereof)

Part:C: Electrical works Providing Pit Earthing with coper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3mm thick placed vertically in the excavated pit of size 900 x 900 x 3000mm . The plate shall be connected with 50x6 mm GI strips.The bolts,nuts washers shall be copper.The pit shall be filled with charcoal and salt upto (Item No.1 Contd) a depth of 900mm and remaining portion with black soil without stones. The masonry chamber shall be provided at ground level of size 300 x 300 x 300mm with 125 mm thick brick work with bricks of CD 50 in CM 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) made on 700X700X150 mm base concrete 1:4:8 (1-cement:4-coarse sand:8-graded stone aggt. with 40mm nominal size ) with a hole in the middle to pass the GI pipe of 20 mm dia with a provision for funnel and provided with CI frame and cover (wt of cover not less than 4.5 kg/sqm) with locking arrangements. The funnel shall be fixed with wire mesh. The manhole cover shall be painted and marked with the value of earth resitance including measurement of earth resistance by earth megger etc complete as per direction of the E-in-C.The value of earth resiatance should be less than 0.50 Ω and nothing extra shall be paid for getting extra resiatance less than 0.50 Ω.

Providing & Fixing LED avaiation lamp of single bulb system of Bajaj , Binoy or equivalent approved brand at the top of Tower with day and night automatic timer switch , MCB switch, armoured insulated copper cable from aviation lamp to MCB switch with necessary fixtures etc complete as per direction of the E-in-C.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 Sqmm armoured copper conductor Cable "Armoured/ ISI PVC Insulated & sheathed cable" of approved quality and brand including copper terminations/ Lugs etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. Sheath earthing for the armoured cable shall be done at minimum of two points on the tower as per the standards specified.

Supplying and making interconnection of the tower by G.I. stripes of size 50X 3 mm and the same G.I.strip shall be connected to the pit earth from the pole taking down along the wall of the building by suitable nuts & bolts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. (The rate is inclusive of required scaffolding ,clamps for fixing flats on vertical walls etc complete and nothing extra shall be paid )

Providing and fixing copper Lightening arrester of 1500mm length, 25mm dia, hollow tube and of wall thickness not less than 1.60 mm including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length of not less than 150mm and connecting to the G.I. strip of size 50 x 3mm by means of clamps and 2nos 10mm dia brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The lightening spike shall be fixed to the tower with Teflon sheet to avoid direct contact with the tower.
