Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (a): Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a): 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a): In cement mortar

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Fabricating and supplying at site, anchor bolts of any size conforming to IS:2062 for fixing base of tower , threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs at bottom or L-type bend as per design for anchorage including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. for each anchor bolts (Nuts & Checknuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for orienting and fixing anchor bolts of any size in each legs /pedastals of RTT during concreting with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements in true plumb and line including maintaining correct distance between centre to centre of anchor bolts. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement for the same all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department or to be paid separately)

Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising of MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc of varying sizes and lengths from specified place to work site. The entire lot of tower members, anchor bolts etc. shal be transported in a single lot . The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location all complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account). (a)Within the lead of 20.00Km.

Extra over above item for transportation beyond the lead of 20.00 Km.

Sorting of tower material at site in orderely manner as per bill of materials / erection drawings and listing out the missing material, if any complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charge for errection of roof top tower of any height with existing anchor bolts including assembling, lifting from ground to terrace, fitting and fixing in position the members with the help of bolts, nuts, washer or as directed including antenna fixtures (approximate weight of tower shall be 4523.00 KG) keeping the verticallity of the errected tower on all sides within + 25mm (i.e. the bottom of the line joining the centre of the top of the tower and the centre of the base of the tower is within + 25mm from the centre of the base of the tower) taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance coverage against all risk etc complete as per approved drawing and direction of the E-in-C.

Painting 21 M high roof top tower from top to bottom including bracings, landings, platforms, guard rails, runways etc with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL High-gloss or equivalent synthetic enamel paint (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade of approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade over and including a coat of Zinc Chromate yellow primer and a base coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent)including scaffolding and taking all necessary safety precaution to protect humen life insuance coverage of labours etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct for painting of RTT less than 21M height as detailed in original item above in case less height tower is erected as directed by the E-I-C.

Supply hot dipped galvanised missing Tower material / members (if any) conforming to relevant IS codes as specified in BSNL Tower Manual, including welding, drilling holes, threading wherever necessary all complete as per drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(This item shall be paid only on production of necessary certificate from the competant store authority regarding the quantity of store materials issued short along with the list thereof)

Supplying and fixing GI nuts & bolts (missing nuts & bolts) conforming to relevant IS codes as specified in BSNL Tower Manual of different size with required washers for errection of GBT/RTT.(This item shall be paid only on production of necessary certificate from the competant store authority regarding the quantity of store materials issued short along with the list thereof)

Disposal of building rubbish/ dismantled waste materials by manually from roof top to ground and thereafter by mecanical means to approved municipal dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Providing Earthing with GI earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick including all GI accessories at a depth of 3.0mtr. from ground and providing a masonry enclosure with Concrete/M.S. cover plate (wt of cover & frame not less than 4.5 kg/sqm) having locking arrangement. The item also includes providing and fixing 25 X 5mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrodes with GI nut, bolt, spring, washers, excavation, refilling etc as required. The masonry chamber shall be provided at ground level of internal size 300 x 300 x 300mm with 125 mm thick brick work with bricks of CD 50 in CM 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) made on 700X700X150 mm base concrete 1:4:8 (1-cement:4-coarse sand:8-graded stone aggt. with 40mm nominal size ). The pit shall be filled with alternative layer of charcoal/coke & salt and good earth. The value of earth resiatance should be less than 0.50 Ω except rock formation all complete as directed by the E-I-C.

Providing & Fixing LED avaiation obstruction lamp of single bulb system of Bajaj , Binoy or equivalent approved brand at the top of Tower with day and night automatic timer switch , MCB switch, armoured insulated copper cable from aviation lamp to MCB switch with necessary fixtures etc complete as per direction of the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing 25 X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess from top of tower to the earth pit and interconnection of the pole towers by suitable nuts & bolts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper pipe with 10 mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod of size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to GI/coper plate earthing by insulated 70 Sqmm multistrand copper wire (Havell make) with proper lugging arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
