The bidder should have completed civil engineering construction work of a certain volume in the last three years. The total volume of work performed in the last three years is required. The value of completed civil works of similar nature during the last 7 years should be at least a certain amount, but the exact amount is not provided. Similarly, the value of completed electrical works of similar nature should be at least a certain amount. The bidder should have completed civil works of similar nature with a certain value in the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed electrical works of similar nature with a certain value. For individual bidders, the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last three years is required, with specific values for each year. The bidder should also provide information on work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works as a prime contractor during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - At least 2 similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - At least 3 similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of 40% of the total electrical work value of the proposed work in any one year in a single job. The bidder should have executed minimum quantities of the following items of work: - Cement concrete (including RCC and PCC): 200 cum - Brick work: 100 cum - Steel work (reinforcement steel): 60 qtl The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the proposed work over the last 3 years. The bidder should have evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value. Furthermore, the bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. Proposals for sub-contracting components of the works amounting to more than 10% of the bid price are allowed.
