Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc.complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) b) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX) (For Assam Type Bldg., drain works, retaining wall & boundary wall etc.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm downgraded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine (A) In substructure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. N) Without using admixture, plasticizer. (i) a)M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

(ii) b) M20 grade concrete or Prop. 1:1.5:3

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (a) With earth or silt or sand obtained by head load with lead upto 90m and lift upto 2m

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In proportion 1:4.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar 1:4

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats).

Supplying, fitting and fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I. Wire 50mm x50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizontal lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top,middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to M.S angle iron post in P.C.C base etc. with following. a)Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx50mmx 5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts. b) Intermediate post with M.S angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. c)Stay post with M.S angle of size 35 mmx35mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. All M.S angle iron posts are to be fitted to P.C.C base embedded not less than 600mm (P.C.C. work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S.angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a)With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i)Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. a) General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac). b)High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).
