The required prior work experience for the bidder includes extensive experience in execution of site lay-out, quality supervision of multi-storey buildings, such as hostels, functional buildings, and residential buildings, for reputed organizations during the last 7 years ending 31st March 2025. The bidder should have completed similar jobs with the following conditions: - A single building with an executed cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost put to tender. - Two buildings with an executed cost not less than 60% of the Estimated Cost put to tender. - Three buildings with an executed cost not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost put to tender. The estimated cost put to tender is ₹3,74,01,648. Therefore, the values for similar works completed are: - At least 80% of ₹3,74,01,648 for a single building, which is ₹2,99,21,318.40. - At least 60% of ₹3,74,01,648 for two buildings, which is ₹2,24,40,988.80 per two buildings. - At least 40% of ₹3,74,01,648 for three buildings, which is ₹1,49,60,659.20 per three buildings. The bidder should have proven competence to handle major works, and while filling up the application, they should include a separate sheet to list important projects completed or on hand.
