The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar projects, with specific requirements including completion of similar works within a period of 240 days, with a value of Rs. 10.0 lakhs. The bidder's experience in similar works, such as reconductoring of 3-phase 4-wire LT line and single-phase LT line with LT-ABC at 1-TKV, is also relevant. The bidder must have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years with successful operation of minimum 1 year from the date of completion. This experience can be substantiated through one of the following: 1. 3 similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. 2 similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. 1 similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a certificate issued by an Engineer not below the rank of DGM/CEO along with supporting copies of the work executed under any reputed utility/department. The bidder should also provide details of the work/work already in hand, either of APDCL or in any other successor companies of APDCL or any other Electrical Utilities within India. The bidder should have similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual turnover for the last 3 consecutive years should be at least Rs. 1.6 crores. The maximum value of work in one financial year during the last 5 years should be mentioned, along with the value of the projects updated to the current price level. The bidder is also required to provide certificates from the officer not below the rank of CEO/DGM/Superintending Engineer of electrical utilities to support the figures mentioned. The bidder's quoted rate must be valid for a minimum of 365 days. The percentage of participation of the bidder in the project is also to be mentioned, along with the value of the contract as per the contract agreement/LOA, the value of work completed, and the balance value of work to be completed. The balance value of work at the current price level is also to be calculated, using an updation factor. The value of electrical works done during the last 5 years, excluding advances such as mobilization advances, should be updated to the current price level using an updation factor.
