Rate quoted for the fully completed Built up area of the offered building’s floors which shall be completed as per customised floor plan considering the requirement of PCBA and with prior approval of PCBA for floor plan. (Equated unit rate for all the offered/proposed floors) inclusive of Water Supply & Sanitary Work, normal Electrical works (concealed) for 750 KW power supply with transformer support and covered car parking more than 35 Nos with following specifications: i) Floor: 2’ X 2’ vitrified tiles of Kajaria/NITCO/Asian minimum prior approval of sheds. ii) Painting: a) Internal paint- Acrylic paint of Berger/Asian. b) External paint- Weather coat of Berger/Asian. iii) Water Supply & Sanitary Fitting: Jaquar/Hindware/Parryware. iv) Electrical wiring: Copper wire of Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel v) Window/Ventilator: Powder coated Aluminum of Jindal/TATA vi) Doors: Boiling water proof flush doors of Century/Green ply.
