The bidder should have completed at least 1 (one) job of similar nature as mentioned in clause 1.4 in any Government organisation / PSU in the past three years of a value not less than INR 300,00,000.00 (Rupees Three Crore only) in a single work order. Additionally, the bidder must have experience as a contractor/Partner in a JV work(s)/ contract(s) in last 5 (FIVE) years as on bid submission deadline. The bidder must meet the requirement of having completed similar works, with a minimum value of INR 300,00,000.00. There is also a requirement for the bidder to have a certain level of financial resources, with a cash-flow requirement of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (in flow), and the bidder must meet 40% of this requirement (for the lead partner) and 25% minimum for other partners. The bidder must fill in Form EXP-1 for general experience and Form EXP-2 for specific experience, providing details of the contracts completed, including the contract identification, name and address of the purchaser, brief description of the works executed, and role of the bidder. The bidder must also provide documentary evidence of the completed works, including copies of the contract document, type test certificates, and recent performance certificates.
