Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels (i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 m2

Dismantling of existing steel windows/ steel ventilators/ steel windows and steel ventilators without damaging the walls, removing to a safe place and necessary repairs to the edges of walls.

Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Demolishing mosaic floor of various thickness, both mosiac tiles and cast-in-situ type including CC base course and removal of debris as directed for all levels.

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) (A) 112mm thick brick wall (a) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4. (1 cement:4 sand)

20 mm thick Cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. On fair side (backing coat 10 mm and finishing coat 10mm thick)In cement mortar 1:4

Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) suspended ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 298mm c/c. Then 12.5mm thick square edge Fulltone/ Sundance/ Cratone/ Louver tone/ Textured. Gypboard panels of size 595mmx595mm (conforming to IS:2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long drywall screws at 290mm c/c. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally, the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed. (For light fittings, grill diffusers etc. cut out to be made with the frame of perimeter channel supported suitably and measured and paid separately as and where necessary). (Glass wool to be measured and paid separately). M/F Frame Work with Design Type Textured Gypboard Tiles 9.5mm thick.

Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department) Normal Range (Somay/Orient/Nitco/Varmora/Jhonson make) (ii) of size 600mmX600mm and above

Providing polished vitrified wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tilesc complete at all levels as specified and directed. (coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the department). (iv) of size 300mmX900mm and above

Providing 18mm thick Granite slab on vertical face of pedestal laid over 10 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as directed with approved quality of shade.

Providing, fitting and fixing anodised aluminium windows and ventilators of standard sections without horizontal glazing bars joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant IS specifications) fitted with 6mm x 3.15mm lugs 100mm long embedded in CC blocks 150mm x 100mm x 100mm in 1:3:6 mix including providing and fixing handles, frictions stays, joining cleat, bolting device, locking arrangement, spring catch as required complete as specified and directed for all levels.
