Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 gradedstone aggregate) finished with afloating coat of neat cement, includingcement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete , of 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) of 112mm thick brick wall in cement mortar in proportion 1:4.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1 cement: 4 fine sand) on Fair side in cement mortar 1:4.

Providing, fitting and fixing fully glazed window with sash bars including oxidised M.S butt hinges (75mmx 60mmx3.15mm) 2nos.on each leaf and 3 nos. on single leaf (glass panes to be measured and paid separately).

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with hold fast dia and length second class teak wood.

Providing, fitting and fixing full panelled doors/ windows including oxidised M.S butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55mm) with necessary screws (other fittings to be measured and paid separately ) with 1st class local wood (Gamari/Hollock/Bonsum ) of 35 mm thick.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ,new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mmhaving with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoorfloors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Deluxe).

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint ofrequired shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) area of glass panes not exceeding 0.15 sqm & 3.00mm thick.

Supplying fitting and fixing supreme brand / Prince brand or similar approved uP.V.C. Pipes of following sizes, with all necessary 'R' brand or similar approved uP.V.C. Fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, reducer, nipple, plug, long screw fitting, clamps etc. complete at all levels including below G.L. as directed and specified. Exposed or in trenches. a) 25mm dia

Supplying fitting and fixing supreme brand / Prince brand or similar approved uP.V.C. Pipes of following sizes, with all necessary 'R' brand or similar approved uP.V.C. Fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, reducer, nipple, plug, long screw fitting, clamps etc. complete at all levels including below G.L. as directed and specified. Exposed or in trenches. a) 15mm dia

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including joining ,fitting and fixing wiyh clamps etc.as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L as directed and specified in exposed surfaces or in trenches of 75mm dia.

Wiring for drawing sub-main line with P.V.C. insulated single core unsheathed industrial (Multistrand) cable FR conforming to IS-694: 1990 with flexible bright annealed electrolytic copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts (Finolex /RR Kabel /Nicco / Anchor or Equivalent Make as approved by the Deptt.) in surface flat ISI marked casing 'n' capping (AKG / Precision/ Presto Plast/Polycab/ MW or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) system including earth continuity. With 2 x 4 sq. mm. + earth continuity with 1x2.5 sq. mm. cable in flat 19 mm ISI marked casing 'n' capping system.

Wiring for light/ fan/ call bell point with 2x1.5 sq mm P.V.C. insulated single core unsheathed industrial (Multistrand) cable FR conforming to IS-694: 1990 with flexible bright annealed electrolytic copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts (Finolex /RR Kabel /Nicco / Anchor or Equivalent Make as approved by the Deptt.) with flat 19 mm ISI marked casing 'n' capping (AKG / Precision/ Presto Plast/Polycab/ MW or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) in surface system, including 6 Amp flush type switch/ bell push (Anchor Penta/Gold medal /Kolor kany.Kom/ Havells or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) GI/ MS switch board (ISI marked) half conceal on wall with phenolic laminated sheet cover ,ceiling rose (Anchor/Gold medal /Kolor kany.Kom / Havells or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete as directed and specified by the Deptt. from medium point up to 6.00 metre.
