Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Using rough Kota stone

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ?45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ?1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. - For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/ running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat.

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ?45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ?1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. - For patching of tie rod holes, prepared tie rod hole surface and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.070kg/sqm and while the surface is tacky repair and then filled the tie rod holes with crystalline mortar@0.040kg per hole. The crystalline mortar should be tightly rodded into tie rod holes or packed tightly (For 25x25x25 mm tie rod hole, use 0.040kg to fill the hole)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. - 50mm average thickness

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for - Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in mud mortar.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars above 12 mm diameter

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respects. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm average thickness in 3 layers.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make.

Applying structural grade prepacked polymer modified cementitious mortar Renderoc S2/Emaco S88T of BASF for application thickness upto 20mm overhead/ 30mm verticals, after proper mixing with clean water followed by proper curing for minimum 28 days (Formwork to be measured and paid separately).

Concreting of the structure with free flow non shrink cementitious micro concrete with Renderoc RG of Fosroc or equivalent after proper mixing with clean water including formwork followed by proper curing for 28 days as per manufacturer's specifications complete and as directed by the Department .

Applying Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent with wet film thickness @ 250 microns (0.27Lit per sqm) over a coat of saturant epoxy primer Nitowrap 30 of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent @ 0.11Lit per sqm with brush followed by fixing carbon fibre composite system Nitowrap EP (CF) of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent by pressing on the saturant and impregnate the same by applying a final coat of Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for waterproofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for underground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of :(i)Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound.(ii)2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarses and) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions.(iii)Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the2nd layer. — Using rough kota stone.
