SH-I: Operation and Maintenance Annual repaire Service and Maintenance Contract for complete fire Hydrant System as per inventory of all areas of Tezpur Airport including attending to complaints/breakdown and taking rectification action as required ensuring serviceability/satisfactorily working condition of the system and preventive maintenance by agency at least once in a month, maintenance of records/documentation records etc as per the detailed specification terms and condition etc complete as required. This also includes labour charges for replacement of any accessories related to complete fire fighting system ( spares shall be supplied by AAI) . Detailed Specification: Fire fighting Pump of 20hp-2 set, internal Hydrant system with hose cabinate-9 Set, external Hydrant system with hose cabinate-16 Set, Air vessel-1 Set, Water head collector-2 Set, associated pipe line with valves & Measuring Instrument-1 Lot, Starter Electrical. panel & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge or as per Tender Specification is attached.

SH-I: Operation and Maintenance Annual repair and maintenance contract of Addressable Intelligent fire alarm & detection system comprises of Fire 4 loop Microprocessor based Control Panel, Response Indicator (Glow type), Smoke Detectors, Manual Call Points, Hooters, Complete circuit wiring for detectors & batteries, Addressable sounder for satisfactory operation of system installed in operational Terminal building and AAI Offices at Tezpur Airport through one no. monthly routine visit and unlimited number of breakdown visits and as per the detailed specification terms and condition etc complete as required. This also includes labour charges for replacement of any accessories related to complete fire alarm system ( spares shall be supplied by AAI) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge or as per Tender Specification is attached.
