Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.for grading 1 materials etc.

Providing , laying , spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification i/c spreding of uniform thickness , hand pcking . rolling with smooth wheel roller 80- 100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming stone screening / binding materials to fii-up the interstic of coarse agg. watering and compacting to the required density grade -III as per technical clause 405.

Providing and applying of prime coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of base surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.7 - 1.00 kg per sqm. using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 (low porosity).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded primix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed od 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggrigate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,gradeand level to serve as wearing course on a previosly prepared base i/c mixing in a suitable plant with 80-100 KN rolling capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type "A" or "B" as per technical clause 508.By manual means

Providing and Fixing of Typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD pecification and drawing. Three MS Plate of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flate iron 25mmx5cm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be weldded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flate iron frame of middle plate will be weldded to 2nos.75mmx75mm of SWG sheet tubes post duly embadded in cement conc.M-15 Graded block of 450mmx450x600mm below ground level.The top most diamond plates will be weldded to middle plates by 47mmx47mm of SWG steel plates tube .All MS will be enamelled on both sides .Lettering and printing arrows, boarders etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two cats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
